  All I wanted to do was buy a Christmas tree....the display is not marked so you can't tell which tree on display is in which box or how much it is...a a 15 min search turned up 2 different employees with no clue about trees or how to assist a customer to find what she was looking for. ..am now going elsewhere. Langford should take a lesson on tree display ftom the Nanaimo store

  Rode my motorcycle to Canadian tire today. As I walked in the door I was asked to leave my backpack at the front door. Told them I was not comfortable doing this and asked to speak to a manager. I also mentioned I had walked through that door 30 times this year with my backpack on and no one had ever stopped me. Richard the "manager" was at the desk and stared at me until I told him all I needed was a small lightbulb. I asked if someone could get me the bulb or escort me to get it and he said no. He was extremely condescending and rude as he told me this was the policy and if I didn't like it I could take my business elsewhere. Did the latter!
