  We have used AMJ Cambell several times in the past with no problems. For our latest move, we chose AMJ after getting three bids. Theirs was the lowest by far. When I questioned it, I received a written assurance that not only was the estimate accurate, but that they would guarantee a maximum of one hour over the estimate.
  The movers showed up with a truck that was too small for the move (even though we had moved many items ourselves in advance) and required two trips, plus a third to get three forgotten items. The bill was for 2.5 hours more than the estimate. They refused to honour the guarantee.
